It is essential to know your core values to measure where you are today and where you’re headed!

But discovery is just the start.

Your values should be memorable enough that you never need to look them up again.

Consider which words carry more importance for you and arrange your values by their relative importance.

Also, consider the creation of an acronym or alliteration.

My values are the there C’s – Curiosity leads to Candor which leads to true Collaboration!

An example of alliteration would be spelling out a word (don’t force it too much!) that might trigger your memory and others (CORE)
