Team working sessions

Build team capability around the work you need to do.

A training session matters when the team can use what it learns on the next real decision. We work on your own examples, agree on a shared test for good work, and put it into practice together.

Where teams get stuck

The strategy is stated. The habits have not caught up.

A marketing team may report activity without telling buyers why it matters. A team may cite metrics without connecting them to customer value or business outcomes. Or people may agree with a brand strategy in a meeting but make different choices when the next brief arrives.

Those are capability gaps in writing, evidence, brand strategy execution, and team decision-making. The goal is a way of working people can repeat, not training hours completed.

How we collaborate

Practice on real work. Share ownership.

  1. Choose the work. We agree on the decision or task the team needs to handle better and bring examples from its current work.
  2. Make the judgment visible. I challenge the assumptions, show where the audience or evidence is missing, and work with the team to develop a usable test.
  3. Apply it together. Participants revise or plan real work, explain their choices, and agree on who will use the approach after the session.

I facilitate and challenge; your team brings the context and owns the work it will carry. We scope preparation, participants, outputs, timing, and fee before starting.

An example

Writing for the buyer.

In a specialty insurance writing session, the team examined posts that reported activity before explaining value to brokers. We rewrote real examples around the reader, evidence, and a useful next step. The team left with a shared way to judge its next post. Read the case study ↗

A half-day working session starts at US$5,000. Larger capability work receives a scope and proposal. See how pricing works ↗
