Trust in the work

Agree on the boundaries before sharing the data.

Confidentiality, access, and responsible AI belong in the project scope from the start.

Client confidentiality and data handling

Use the first inquiry to describe the problem. Send sensitive materials only after we agree on the appropriate channel and project terms.

These are topics for the engagement agreement. Specific security controls and retention periods depend on the systems and scope agreed for the project.

Responsible AI qualifications and standards

Jay’s documented learning includes Leading Responsible AI in Organizations and a Generative AI for Learning and Development Professional Certificate. View the credentials and sources ↗

Training certificates demonstrate completed learning. They do not establish an independently audited privacy or AI management certification. No ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, or other regulatory compliance certification is represented on this site. If your project requires a particular standard or regulatory control, raise it during scoping so requirements and specialist review can be defined.

Ethics and accountability work

Jay’s work with the Marketing Accountability Council and Clean Data Alliance addresses transparency, evidence, data permission, provenance, and responsible use. Explore the accountability work ↗. These initiatives are distinct from an external compliance audit or professional license.

Website chat and direct messages

The Message Jay panel sends your name, email address, and note through this website’s inquiry system. The submission is stored and an email notification is sent to Jay using Resend. Jay responds by email; this is not a live messaging service. Sending a note does not subscribe you to email updates.

The Ask Jay’s AI option opens Jay’s profile on SuperMe, a separate service. SuperMe processes conversations under its own privacy policy. AI responses are not commitments from Jay and may contain errors. Avoid sharing confidential information.

Customer feedback survey

The optional survey asks about your role, reason for visiting, optional age range, and any comment you choose to share. The form does not request your name or email. Your answers, a submission date, and your permission to use the feedback are stored to improve the website and service descriptions. Comments can identify you if you include personal details; keep names, confidential material, and sensitive information out of them.

Survey answers are separate from service inquiries and do not subscribe you to updates. Normal website analytics and hosting logs still apply, so the survey does not promise complete anonymity. Survey responses are not sent to Google Analytics by the form. Use the contact form for a data inquiry.

Website analytics and inquiries

This website uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-YRDZW8SSN4), loaded from googletagmanager.com, to measure website use. Carousel tracking records visible, focused time while a visitor is recently active, the example displayed, and clicks toward the carousel page, contact page, chat, and booking link. A short-lived session record connects that path to a submitted inquiry without sending inquiry text, names, or email addresses to Google Analytics. Booking clicks do not establish that a booking was completed. It also includes SingleFig analytics, with a script served from singlefig-analytics.web.app and events sent to a Google Cloud endpoint. Its presence does not establish that tracking is anonymous. Contact Jay for details about the analytics configuration or to discuss a data inquiry.

Information you submit in an inquiry is provided so Jay can respond and assess the potential engagement. For access, correction, deletion, or confidentiality questions, use the contact form.
