Pricing & engagements

I price the work by its value, not by the hour.

You are hiring me to help clarify a consequential problem, make a decision, build your team’s capability, or move work forward. We agree on the outcome, my role, the scope, and the fee before we start.

Ways to start

A clear entry point. A scope that fits the work.

01 · Training

Half-day working session

From US$5,000

A focused session for a team that needs a shared way to think, decide, or work. We choose the problem, participants, preparation, and practical output together.

02 · Defined project

One problem, one agreed scope

Proposal based

For problem definition, positioning, leadership alignment, or a specific change that needs a decision and a path into action. Some projects can be as short as a week; others need more time and access.

03 · Ongoing partnership

Monthly retainer

Scoped together

For leaders who need me alongside the team over time. We agree on the decisions and work I will support, how we will meet, what authority I need, and how we will review progress each month.

How the fee is set

You know what you are buying.

I ask what decision or change matters, who needs to be involved, what evidence is available, and what role you need me to play. Then I propose a fee for that scope. The price reflects the value and complexity of the work rather than a tally of hours.

We put the deliverables, responsibilities, timing, and fee in writing. If the scope changes, we agree on that change before adding work. A retainer is a monthly agreement around an ongoing role and priorities, not a bucket of hours.

Start with the problem

Tell me what needs to change.

You do not need to know which engagement fits. Send me the situation and what is at stake. I will tell you where I can help and what a sensible first scope could be.
