Who this is for

Founders, business owners, CMOs, marketing VPs, directors, and team heads facing a positioning, growth, or customer experience decision. You need access to customer evidence and people who can act on the findings.

The challenge

Weak conversion, a confusing offer, or inconsistent customer experience can share the same symptom without sharing a cause. Buying another campaign or tool before testing the explanation can add cost without fixing the problem.

What changes

01

A clearer buying decision

Give buyers a credible reason to consider your offer and a clearer path to act.

02

A focused investment

Identify what deserves attention before spending on more activity or technology.

03

A direction teams can use

Connect the message to operating choices, responsibilities, and evidence.

Your part in the work

Bring the decision maker, available customer and performance evidence, and access to the people closest to the problem. You approve the direction and assign owners for the next actions.

How we review progress

Start with the current problem and a baseline. Depending on scope, review buyer understanding, qualified inquiries, conversion friction, or adoption of the agreed priorities. A completed brief is an output; business change needs a later review.

Scope, timing, and fee

A defined project, starting with a Problem Definition Sprint when the cause is unclear. We agree on evidence, participants, outputs, timing, and fee before work begins.

Planning the timeline

For planning, allow 2–4 weeks for a focused project or 8–12 weeks for a broader engagement. These estimates need confirmation in your proposal. We set the schedule around the evidence available, interviews, and approval points. The proposal names the discovery, direction, and handoff milestones; implementation gets its own scope.

We agree on the intended outcome and how to review progress. I do not guarantee a particular financial return.
