Who this is for

Founders, executives, and cross-functional team sponsors with an approved cross-functional initiative, access to decision makers, and the capacity to act. You need continuing leadership and coordination beyond a recommendation.

The challenge

A strategy can have approval without anyone owning its delivery. Broken handoffs, missing capacity, and unresolved decisions turn a plan into recurring updates instead of progress.

What changes

01

Owned work

Put responsibility and authority alongside the plan so decisions reach the people who must carry them.

02

Coordinated delivery

Connect dependencies, specialist work, and leadership decisions around an agreed sequence.

03

Accountability to evidence

Review what changed and what remains blocked. Outcomes depend on the agreed authority, team capacity, and execution.

Your part in the work

Provide an accountable sponsor, access to decision makers, agreed authority, and team capacity. Your team owns the responsibilities assigned to it; specialist fees and any additional work are agreed before commitment.

How we review progress

Review milestones alongside evidence of the intended business change. Track blocked decisions, ownership, dependencies, and the outcome measures chosen at kickoff. Shipping work alone does not establish a financial return.

Scope, timing, and fee

A defined project or ongoing monthly role. The proposal specifies authority, team capacity, responsibilities, milestones, review cadence, timing, and fee.

Planning the timeline

Plan 2–4 weeks for setup, then an agreed monthly working and progress-review cadence. We confirm these estimates after scoping. The roadmap sets milestone dates around dependencies, approvals, and capacity. We agree on a review cadence and revisit dates when scope or constraints change. Continuing work is priced and scheduled in the proposal.

We agree on the intended outcome and how to review progress. I do not guarantee a particular financial return.
