Leadership and team development

Help your leaders decide and your team put the decision to work.

When people leave the same meeting with different priorities, the work stalls. I help leadership and marketing teams surface disagreement, make a decision, and practice the habits needed to carry it through.

At a glance

Purpose
Leadership alignment and team development through prepared working sessions, real examples, clear decision rights, and practical follow-through.
Includes
Prepare with the sponsor: name the decision or capability gap, participants, evidence, and authority required. Use a facilitated session to surface competing views and test the tradeoffs, or practice a shared method on real work. Record the decision and owners, or revise actual examples and establish a repeatable standard. Agree on next actions and a review point. Define any further coaching or delivery support as a separate scope.
Expected outcomes
Make priorities and decision rights explicit so people know what happens next. Apply the approach to the team’s own work rather than treating attendance as the result. Give the team a repeatable way to judge and improve its work.

Who this is for

Executive sponsors, functional heads, marketing directors, and leadership teams with a shared decision or capability gap. The people who can approve and carry the change need to take part.

The challenge

Unclear ownership, competing priorities, and inconsistent standards create repeat discussions and uneven work. A generic training session will not fix a decision that leaders keep avoiding.

What changes

01

Clearer commitment

Make priorities and decision rights explicit so people know what happens next.

02

Useful practice

Apply the approach to the team’s own work rather than treating attendance as the result.

03

Shared standards

Give the team a repeatable way to judge and improve its work.

Your part in the work

Name a sponsor with authority, bring the people who will carry the decision, and share actual work for practice. The team owns the actions after the session unless continuing support is scoped.

How we review progress

Review whether the decision has owners and whether people use the agreed standards in real work. Compare selected examples before and after the session, then check follow-through at the agreed review point.

Scope, timing, and fee

A prepared leadership session or team working session. Half-day team sessions start at US$5,000; broader programs receive a scoped proposal.

Planning the timeline

Plan for a half-day or full-day session, with 1–2 weeks for preparation. A multi-session program can span 3–6 weeks. These are planning estimates; we confirm the format and dates together. Preparation and follow-up are agreed separately in the scope. A longer program has a schedule for practice and review, shaped around the team’s availability.

We agree on the intended outcome and how to review progress. I do not guarantee a particular financial return.
