A technical leader needed to show the organizational scope behind an observability assignment. I helped shape the leadership case, communication, and operating model. The result was a clearer proposal for authority, capacity, and next decisions.

An executive search firm had expertise that lived mainly in conversations. I helped define its value and build distinct paths for companies, candidates, and partners. The work produced clearer positioning and a site structure the firm can extend.
