A clearer read on the problem.
Customer, market, message, evidence, data, and leadership-signal review tied to a practical business decision.
When this fits
- Buyers struggle to understand your offer.
- Leaders disagree about the audience, message, or reason growth has slowed.
- A marketing, customer-experience, data, or AI investment needs a stronger evidence base.
How I work
I review the available evidence and hear from people closest to the customer and the work. We test the stated problem, identify gaps, and work with decision makers to choose priorities.
Founders, business owners, and marketing leaders bring the decision, available evidence, and access to the people who can challenge and use the findings.

before it starts.
For planning, allow 2–4 weeks for a focused project or 8–12 weeks for a broader engagement. These estimates need confirmation in your proposal. We set the schedule around the evidence available, interviews, and approval points. The proposal names the discovery, direction, and handoff milestones; implementation gets its own scope.
Bring the decision maker, available customer and performance evidence, and access to the people closest to the problem. You approve the direction and assign owners for the next actions.
Reviewing progress
Choose useful measures.
Start with the current problem and a baseline. Depending on scope, review buyer understanding, qualified inquiries, conversion friction, or adoption of the agreed priorities. A completed brief is an output; business change needs a later review.
We agree on a starting point and review date. Completing the brief is an output; changes in the business need a later check.
