I don’t recommend tools, systems, or methods from the sidelines. I use them in my own business or work with them directly.
My business is where I test how the pieces work together: managing data, understanding customers, building relationships, developing my brand, creating content, using AI, following up, and measuring what happens.
My role
I bring the pieces together.
A positioning problem may start with bad customer data. A CRM problem may be a process problem. An AI problem may be a permissions problem. A content problem may be an unclear strategy.
My job is to identify what is blocking results, clarify the decision, align the people involved, and bring together the right capabilities. I stay involved as we turn that decision into a brand, message, customer experience, or operating change.
The starting point depends on the problem. We use the stages to connect decisions, not to sell you an entire system.

Evidence
What data do you have? Can you trust it? Do you have permission to use it? What are your systems actually doing?
Clean Data Alliance
I co-founded the Clean Data Alliance to help organizations think differently about the data they collect, store, use, and share. Its principles and education inform my work around clean, permissioned, verified, useful data.
Sentinel helps show what websites and connected technology are actually doing with customer data. I use that evidence to move from a privacy promise to operating decisions: what needs to change, who owns it, and how we verify the behavior.
Ways this becomes work
Website Data Behavior Reviews
Consent-to-Action Working Sessions
Clean Data programs
Marketing accountability work
Dāginty / Cluzy
Cluzy addresses personal data outside a company’s traditional cybersecurity perimeter: public records, data brokers, outdated information, duplicates, and other exposed information. My work focuses on how it fits into organizations through MSPs, benefit brokers, and employers.
What do customers need? What do we know about the people and organizations we serve? What context should inform the next decision?
Wendy Wilder / BASE3
BASE3 provides a structured way to understand customer decisions and the information people need at each point. I use that thinking alongside brand and growth strategy, looking beyond the marketing funnel to the decisions customers are trying to make.
I’m putting SingleFig directly into my own operating system. It learns about my website, services, contacts, email, calendar, prospects, clients, and business relationships. That context helps inform prospect research, content, outreach, and the next useful conversation.
What I learn in my own workflow becomes part of the work I can teach clients.
What is the real problem? What should the company do about it? What should the brand promise? What needs to change?
Jay Mandel
This is where I bring the evidence and customer context into a decision. I work with leaders to identify what is blocking results, align the people who can change it, and connect the brand promise to the choices the business makes.
My Brand Strategy in Three Steps framework provides a practical way to connect business strategy, customer understanding, and brand decisions.
How do we explain the value? Who needs to hear it? What should we say next? How do we maintain the relationship?
My brand and content work + SingleFig
I turn strategy into messaging people can understand and act on. BASE3 and Clarity to Conversion inform the customer path; SingleFig helps carry the context into outreach, networking, prospect research, social media, and follow-up.
I use these capabilities to improve my own web presence and relationship management, then bring the lessons into client work.
What needs to be implemented, automated, built, connected, or changed?
Cypherworks + SingleFig + partner specialists
Sometimes something needs to be built. Cypherworks adds technical design and implementation capability when an AI opportunity moves from an idea or pilot into an operating system.
I connect the work to the business problem and bring in the capabilities it needs. SingleFig implementation connects customer and relationship context to the team’s workflow.
Did we do what we said we would do? What does the evidence show? Who owns the next decision?
Marketing Accountability Council + my advisory work
The Marketing Accountability Council adds a discipline for examining how marketing decisions are made, what evidence supports them, who owns the outcome, and how progress gets reviewed.
I bring that discipline into advisory work so strategy leads to clear ownership, review, and the next decision.
