Interview
We talk with the people who understand the business, its customers, and what is getting in the way.
Website strategy · One-hour concept
Flor Estevez and I will spend one hour building a working concept for an individual or company. You will see how clearer positioning, user experience, design, and brand thinking could change your web presence before you commit to a full project.
Why we are doing this together
Flor and I met while working in marketing and communications at Mastercard. We learned how the other thinks, challenged each other’s work, and became lifelong friends.
Years later, the technology has changed. The judgment behind good work has not. A website still needs to understand the people it serves, communicate a credible promise, and help the business move someone toward a useful next step.

What the first hour is
You will receive a working website concept that makes the opportunity visible. It may clarify the audience, sharpen the story, simplify the experience, or show where the current site limits trust and action.
The concept is intentionally incomplete. It is the start of a serious conversation, not a substitute for research, collaboration, or delivery.
If the direction is right
We talk with the people who understand the business, its customers, and what is getting in the way.
We connect the site to business goals, customer decisions, evidence, brand choices, and the experience you need to create.
Once the foundation is right, we can bring in SingleFig and related capabilities for contact capture, follow-up, relationship context, content, and measurement.
The partnership
Flor is a sharp communicator, strategist, and thinker. She sees what people need to understand and where a message is getting in its own way. I connect that insight to positioning, customer experience, and the operating choices behind the promise.
ChatGPT Sites helps us make an idea visible quickly. That speed is useful, but it is not the service. Our value is the thinking: knowing what to question, what the site must communicate, and how the experience connects to the business behind it.
